Symptoms (Subtle but Persistent)

  • Persistent abdominal bloating or distention.
  • Feeling full quickly when eating or trouble eating.
  • Discomfort or pain in the pelvic or abdominal area.
  • Need to urinate more frequently or urgently.
  • Changes in bowel habits, such as constipation.
  • Persistent fatigue or back pain.

Combined Treatment

Usually involves a combination of aggressive surgery and chemotherapy.

Debulking Surgery

Removal of as much visible tumor as possible from the abdomen.

Platinum-Based Chemotherapy

The standard of care after surgery for most patients.
