Tutti Cancer Warriors Grant Policy

Effective Date: May 8, 2026•Policy Version: 3.0

Mission Statement

Tutti Cancer Warriors (TCW), a non-profit organization registered in Romania, exists to bring hope and healing to cancer warriors worldwide. The purpose of the TCW Association is to create a solid support network and bring hope and joy to the lives of those affected by cancer, while promoting public awareness of the impact of this disease and prevention measures. Through our 500 € grant program, we support personal wishes that nurture emotional and mental well-being during the fight against cancer, ensuring that every step respects our charitable purpose and Romanian legislation.

Grant Purpose

The TCW Grant offers up to 500 € to cancer warriors for a personal wish (e.g., an unforgettable experience, an object, or an activity) that promotes emotional or mental healing.

Fulfilling Wishes:

We focus on identifying and fulfilling personal wishes that contribute to improving the emotional state of patients. This includes organizing recreational activities, travel, or wellness support.

Non-transferable

The grant is strictly for the named beneficiary.

Administrative Costs

TCW covers operational expenses separately; the full 500 € value goes toward fulfilling the wish.

Compliance with Romanian Legislation

Legal Basis

TCW is established under OG no. 26/2000, ensuring all grants respect its non-patrimonial purpose, according to the Statutes.

Financial Responsibility

Funds are tracked according to Law no. 82/1991, with records kept for 5 years for audit purposes.

Verification Process

TCW annually verifies at least 10% of beneficiaries (through medical evidence) to ensure program integrity.

Data Protection

Data is processed according to GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679).

Cross-Border Rules
